- Joint bookstore Thalia Osiander soon in LAGO shopping center in Constance
- New opening planned for spring 2024 on more than 700 m²
Constance, July 11, 2023. In the future, the bookselling companies Osiander and Thalia will invite customers to linger, browse and store at the LAGO shopping center in Constance. For the first time, they present a bookstore under the dual name Thalia Osiander on more than 700 m². With the joint bookstore, the two companies are intensifying their already successful cooperation: In October 2020, the Tübingen-based family business Osiander joined the Hagen-based book retailer’s platform as the first and largest partner to date under the Thalia partner model.
The tenant structure of the LAGO shopping center in Constance is based on an attractive mix that satisfies customers’ desire for classic shopping, but also for opportunities to spend time with a high quality of stay. “We are very pleased that Thalia Osiander is an innovative concept that combines many facets of the modern shopping experience,” says LAGO Center Manager Peter Herrmann of Girlan Immobilien, adding: “We see LAGO as a meeting place. As a place where customers can do their errands, but also spend their free time. This requires a diverse offering that meets today’s demands and thus tenants who think shopping further.”
Girlan Immobilien has been entrusted with the center and property management of the LAGO shopping center since its opening. The property is in the portfolio of Union Investment’s open-ended real estate fund “UniImmo:Global”.
