In 2010 Pirelli RE was renamed Prelios, with the owner remaining Pirelli RE. Prelios Immobilien Management and its predecessor companies developed and managed commercial and retail properties in addition to residential properties. The residential area would be sold to BUWOG in 2014. In 2020, Prelios Immobilien Management was sold to Girlan Limited after 13 years of successful cooperation within the Prelios Group.
