Company history

With new names, but proven structures and experienced teams, Girlan Immobilien has been in existence for 13 years. With the acquisition by Pirelli Real Estate in 2007, Deutsche Grundvermögen AG (DGAG), as successor company of LEG Schleswig-Holstein and parts of the Hamburg B&L Group, belonged to the Pirelli RE Group.

In 2010 Pirelli RE was renamed Prelios, with the owner remaining Pirelli RE. Prelios Immobilien Management and its predecessor companies developed and managed commercial and retail properties in addition to residential properties. The residential area would be sold to BUWOG in 2014. In 2020, Prelios Immobilien Management was sold to Girlan Limited after 13 years of successful cooperation within the Prelios Group.
