Joint venture of Girlan Immobilien and PGL appoints Sven Viehl as additional managing director

Reinforcement at the 50:50 joint venture of Girlan Immobilien closed in October 2022
GmbH and Planungsgesellschaft Langos mbH (PGL): Sven Viehl, Senior Technical
Property Manager at Girlan Immobilien, complements the management team with immediate effect with Frank Sieke, also Girlan, and Philipp Hirtler and Olaf Lühr from PGL.

Girlan-PGL GmbH combines the expertise of the two companies in the areas of retail and
Project Management. Sven Viehl – with Girlan since 2015 – is a business economist and certified
Construction Project Manager. In his work at Girlan, the 43-year-old is responsible, among other things, for the technical property management of the LAGO shopping center in Constance. There he is responsible for the Girlan-PGL joint venture, for which Viehl has now been appointed an additional managing director, to take over the project management of the extensive conversion measures of an existing space to a gastronomic extraordinary experience.
