Constance / Hamburg, April 12, 2022 – The LAGO shopping center in Constance, which is managed by Girlan Immobilien and belongs to Union Investment’s open-ended real estate fund “UniImmo: Global,” has added a gastronomic highlight: “my Indigo,” a stylish gastronomy concept for fast and healthy cuisine, opens today. The core of the concept is light international dishes inspired by a wide variety of cuisines from around the world. In addition to curries, soups and Asian noodle bowls, homemade lemonade is a particular specialty. Vegetarians and vegans get their money’s worth at my Indigo in the multi-award-winning shopping center, as do people with food intolerances to gluten or lactose.

my Indigo is the brainchild of top Austrian restaurateur Heiner Raschhofer – it combines influences from Asian-Oriental cuisine with a modern ambience and redefines fast food in a healthy way. The concept of my Indigo was awarded the “Golden Palm” for the most innovative gastronomy concept by the renowned Leaders Club – in 2008 for Germany, in 2010 also on an international level. There are already 16 locations in southern German and Austrian cities such as Munich, Vienna, Salzburg and Linz. my Indigo is part of the Soulkitchen Group with 500 employees in 22 locations.

The LAGO Shopping Center is one of the largest and most modern shopping centers on Lake Constance, with around 70 stores, cafés and restaurants on approximately 27,500 square meters. It also offers 1,000 parking spaces in its own parking garage. The LAGO is located in the immediate vicinity of the historic old town of Constance and attracts more than ten million visitors each year. The shopping center has already received several awards and has been one of the most successful properties in the Shopping Center Performance Report for years.
