Constance / Hamburg, May 3, 2022 – With HUGO BOSS, another international label opened last Saturday in the LAGO shopping center, which is managed by Girlan Immobilien and belongs to Union Investment’s open-ended real estate fund “UniImmo: Global”. On the upper floor, the new BOSS store complements the unique brand selection in the upscale segment with casual collections for men. With its comprehensive brand renewal, HUGO BOSS is also introducing a new store concept. The BOSS store at LAGO in Constance is one of the first stores worldwide to showcase the current concept and stage the new brand identity.
The design concept creates a striking and contemporary visual approach. The open facade design allows a direct view into the store and invites customers to immediately discover the BOSS world. The color palette – black, white, camel – picks up on the brand’s new visual identity and skillfully translates it into the store architecture, creating a warm yet stylish atmosphere.
Seamless integration of digital touchpoints – with campaign videos, fit guides and personalization features – allows customers to learn more details about the collections and receive outfit recommendations. Spacious seating areas and a service counter invite customers to experience hospitality the BOSS way: relax, enjoy a drink or coffee, and be inspired.
The BOSS brand offers sophisticated, modern collections for a 24/7 look that focus on quality and design. The range on offer in Constance covers around 230 square meters of the BOSS range for men – from business to smart casual, casualwear to athleisure – as well as shoes and accessories, bodywear and hosiery.
The LAGO Shopping Center comprises around 70 stores, cafés and restaurants on approximately 27,500 square meters, making it one of the largest and most modern shopping centers on Lake Constance. It also offers around 1,000 parking spaces in its own parking garage. The LAGO is located in the immediate vicinity of the historic old town of Constance and attracts more than ten million visitors each year. It has already received several awards and has been one of the most successful properties in the Shopping Center Performance Report for years.
