Hamburg, December 9, 2014 – Prelios Immobilien Management has entered into management agreements with European fund manager Meyer Bergman for two Karstadt department stores located in Berlin-Wilmersdorf and Berlin-Neukölln. Both contracts cover commercial and technical property management.
Martin Mörl, Managing Director of Prelios Immobilien Management, stated:

Both department stores are located in prime high-street locations:
- The three-part property in Berlin-Neukölln comprises approximately 55,600 square meters of rental space, features its own direct subway access, and consists of a department store, an office building, and a parking garage with around 650 spaces.
- The department store in the pedestrian zone of Berlin-Wilmersdorf spans six floors with a rental area of approximately 22,500 square meters and includes a multi-level parking facility with several dozen spaces.
In total, Prelios manages a gross floor area (GFA) of approximately 118,200 square meters across both properties.
