Prelios Deutschland leases space to Grundgrün Energie in the Kempinski Plaza in Berlin.

Hamburg/Berlin, August 29, 2014Prelios Deutschland has successfully leased approximately 950 square meters of office space at Kempinski Plaza, located on Uhlandstraße in Berlin, to the green energy provider Grundgrün Energie. With this lease, the mixed-use property, which includes a parking garage with 190 spaces, is now almost fully occupied.

Tenants of the 11,200-square-meter commercial building include:

  • Grundgrün Energie GmbH, a provider of renewable energy services
  • Colt Telecom, an internationally operating IT specialist
  • Udo Walz, a renowned hair salon
  • Koko von Knebel, a pet accessories boutique
  • art’ appart, a boarding house
  • La Mano Verde, a vegetarian restaurant
  • Butlers Furniture, a furniture retailer
