Hamburg, September 12, 2013 – Prelios Deutschland GmbH has been awarded the ISO 9001:2008 certification for its exemplary quality management. To obtain this certification, an extensive on-site audit was conducted, assessing Prelios Deutschland’s processes in management, leasing, and sales of shopping, residential, and commercial properties. The independent certification body DEKRA evaluated the quality standards of service, procedural, and documentation management at the company’s headquarters, as well as in all its subsidiaries in Hamburg.
