Hamburg, June 6, 2015 – Prelios Deutschland GmbH has been officially awarded the “Customer Oscar” by the RAL Quality Association for Building Cleaning for four of its Hamburg properties: Mercado, Geschäftshaus Ottensen, Wandsbek Quarree, and Bahnhof Altona.

To receive this recognition, all four properties underwent on-site inspections, including interviews with cleaning staff. Going forward, 30 cm high transparent pillars at the entrances will inform visitors and guests that Prelios upholds not only outstanding cleaning quality but also fair working conditions for its service providers.

About the “Customer Oscar” Award

The RAL Quality Association for Building Cleaning awards the “Customer Oscar” to clients of cleaning and service providers who not only meet specific quality criteria but also prioritize:

• Workplace safety
• Regular staff training
• Performance-based and tariff-compliant wages

Additionally, at least one senior employee must hold a master craftsman certificate (Meisterbrief), and all certified service providers must undergo regular external audits to ensure continued compliance with high-quality standards.
