Dülmen / Hamburg, June 17, 2021. An innovative textile and lifestyle concept is moving into the Overbergplatz district in Dülmen, which is managed by the retail real estate specialist Girlan Immobilien on behalf of the owners: the “Concept Fashion Store”. In addition to well-known and international brands such as Joop!, Armani, Strellson, Gant, Timberland, Napapijri, Mos Mosh, the store presents its own brands such as Wildhorse, OLE KiM, Skull & Bones, Row Club or Lina&Laura. The store in the Stadtquartier Overbergplatz in downtown Dülmen in North Rhine-Westphalia comprises a total of 540 square meters of leasable space and opens today, Thursday, June 17.

Tenants include H&M, dm, clever-fit, the Concept Fashion Store and the Diocese of Münster.
