Hamburg, July 23, 2015 – Prelios Immobilien Management is bringing a new, high-quality dining concept to Hamburg-Blankenese with the restaurant “Laschori”. This modern steakhouse concept features premium meat and fish dishes, an open kitchen with a central grill, and a dual culinary focus:
- “Burger & Street Food” for casual, fast gourmet experiences
- “Food Couture”, offering high-end meat, fish, and seafood specialties in a modern, relaxed atmosphere
The restaurant has leased 500 square meters of indoor space and 250 square meters of outdoor seating at Quartier Blankenese Bahnhofsplatz, a prime location in the heart of Hamburg-Blankenese. Grossmann & Berger advised the tenant in securing the lease.
Martin Mörl, Managing Director of Prelios Immobilien Management, which manages Quartier Blankenese Bahnhofsplatz on behalf of the owner, stated:

The grand opening is scheduled for fall 2015.
