Joint venture of Girlan Immobilien and PGL appoints Sven Viehl as additional managing director

Sven Viehl has been Managing Director at Girlan-PGL, a joint venture of Girlan Immobilien and Langos mbH, since October 2022. The company provides real estate management and project management services.

Girlan Immobilien and PGL launch joint venture

As part of their strategic development, Girlan Immobilien GmbH and Planungsgesellschaft Langos mbH (PGL) have entered into a 50:50 joint venture as of October 01, 2022. The focus is on bundling the expertise of the two companies in the areas of retail and project management. In the future, the joint venture will operate as a company under the name Girlan-PGL GmbH.
