On behalf of the owner, Girlan Immobilien is taking over the property management of the Gerhart-Hauptmann Platz commercial building in Hamburg. The eight-storey building has an area of around 30,000 square metres, including the “Perle Hamburg” shopping arcade.

The “neustädter” shopping centre in Gießen with the main tenants H&M, Müller Drogerie, Media Markt, Intersport, tegut and Penny comprises around 32,000 square metres of rental space and more than 1,000 car parking spaces. Girlan Immobilien is responsible for centre management, letting, property management, car park management and repositioning.

Girlan Immobilien has developed the THEO Shopping Center with approximately 12,000 square meters of rental space, around 35 shops and around 650 car parking spaces in the city centre of Husum, which would open in 2019. The main tenants are H&M, New Yorker, Edeka, DM, Parfümerie Schuback and Home & Living. Girlan Immobilien is responsible for leasing, shopping centre management, technical and commercial property management.

The LAGO comprises 27,500 square metres of rental space on three levels and almost 1,000 car parking spaces. Girlan has been managing the centre since opening in 2004 with extraordinary success. Girlan Immobilien is responsible for shopping centre management, letting, technical and commercial property management. Girlan is also the car park operator. LAGO was voted the best shopping centre in Germany in the SCPR Shopping Centre Performance Report in 2012, 2013 and 2014, among others. In 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2020 LAGO won the “German Brand Award”.

Girlan Immobilien is responsible for the centre management and letting of the A2 shopping centre in Hanover. The property comprises a retail area of around 35,000 square metres, around 2,000 parking spaces and 35 shops with well-known tenants such as Saturn, Deichmann, C&A, real and Reno.

The historic Alsterarkaden office and retail property is located in Hamburg’s premium location on Jungfernsteig. The building has an area of around 9,000 sqm and well-known tenants such as Patek Philippe, Wempe, Douglas and Swatch. Girlan Immobilien is responsible for technical and commercial property management and letting.

The office and commercial property Kaufmannshaus is located in Hamburg’s premium location Große Bleichen. The Kaufmannshaus offers around 23,700 square metres of retail, restaurant and office space. Tenants include Muji, Guess, Marc Cain and Suitsupply. Girlan Immobilien is responsible for technical and commercial property management and letting.

Girlan Immobilien is responsible for centre management, letting as well as technical and commercial property management in the Overbergplatz urban quarter. The openly designed urban quarter in the centre of Dülmen in the Münsterland region comprises around 8,000 square metres of retail, gastronomy and office space.

The district offers around 24,500 square metres of rental space for retail, gastronomy, offices, doctors’ surgeries and flats, as well as more than 350 car parking spaces. The Quartier was developed by Girlan Immobilien. Today, Girlan Immobilien is responsible for letting and property management.

Girlan Immobilien is responsible for technical and commercial property management on behalf of the owners for the approximately 35,000 square metre City Gate in Bremen with office, retail, restaurant and hotel use.

Since 2008, Girlan Immobilien has been responsible for asset management, technical and commercial property management as well as transaction management of the “Highstreet portfolio” with numerous Karstadt department shops. The properties in the portfolio are located in central, attractive city centre locations throughout Germany.

The shopping centre, with around 11,000 square metres, has 26 shops and a food court on four sales levels as well as offices and doctors’ surgeries on the upper floors. The Gänsemarkt Passage is a popular shopping destination in Hamburg city centre. Girlan Immobilien is responsible for the letting as well as the technical and commercial property management of the centre.

The Sparkasse Südholstein owns the former Karstadt properties in Neumünster in Schleswig-Holstein. Soon, the downsizing and conversion into a modern office and commercial building is to be completed. The concept comes from Girlan Immobilien and Tschoban Voss.
The Sparkasse Südholstein will move into around 8,000 square metres, 2,000 square metres on the ground floor are earmarked for retail or local supply and 1,000 square metres for gastronomy – plus 1,500 square metres for the municipal library.

The office building Große Straße in Osnabrück covers 6,600 square metres. Girlan Immobilien developed the property and, following the development, took over technical and commercial property management, letting and transaction management.

The Wiener Platz property in Dresden offers more than 12,000 square metres of rental space on five floors for offices, gastronomy, retail and event catering as well as an InterCityHotel. The Wiener Platz quarter was developed in 2010 by Girlan Immobilien on behalf of the owner. Girlan Immobilien then took over letting, technical and commercial property management and, in 2015, transaction management.

The MERCADO shopping centre in Hamburg comprises 33,800 square metres of rental space and around 420 car parking spaces. The MERCADO was voted one of the top ten shopping centres in Germany in 2014 and first place in the SCPR Shopping Center Performance Report in 2012, 2013 and 2014 in Hamburg. Girlan Immobilien developed the property and subsequently took over the centre management, property management, leasing and car park management.

The Tanzende Türme office and hotel property in Hamburg comprises around 33,000 square metres of rental space on 24 floors as well as an integrated multi-storey car park. Girlan Immobilien drew up the property and utilisation concept and was responsible for the sale of the property with prepared building rights.

The Neue Mälzerei office property in Berlin comprises more than 7,000 square metres of office and restaurant space. The property in Berlin-Friedrichshain was repositioned by Girlan Immobilien. Subsequently, Girlan Immobilien took over letting, property management and transaction management.

The Wandsbek Quarrée shopping centre in Hamburg comprises 40,000 square metres of rental space and around 1,000 car parking spaces. Girlan Immobilien developed and expanded the property. Subsequently, Girlan Immobilien took over the centre management, letting, car park management and property management.

The district Harburg Carrée in Hamburg comprises 23,000 square metres of retail, residential and office space as well as more than 500 parking spaces. After development, Girlan Immobilien took over letting, car park management, technical and commercial property management and transaction management.

The Kempinski Plaza property in Berlin-Charlottenburg comprises around 10,000 square metres of rental space for offices, retail space, restaurants and service providers. Girlan Immobilien took over asset management, letting and sales on behalf of the owners.

The Quartier Forum Oberkassel in Düsseldorf comprises 146,000 square metres of rental space for offices, retail outlets and a cinema. Girlan Immobilien Management developed the project in several construction phases between 1997 and 2006, after which Girlan Immobilien took over the sales process.

The Ottensen commercial property in Hamburg has 11,500 square metres of rental space. Girlan Immobilien developed the property, took over the transaction and subsequently the property management.

The Hochstrasse retail property in Krefeld comprises 3,700 square metres of rental space. Girlan Immobilien developed the property. Girlan Immobilien then took over the letting, technical and commercial property management as well as transaction management.

Bahnhof Altona Shopping is a modern retail and service centre with almost 16,000 square metres of space and 500 car parking spaces directly at Hamburg-Altona station. Girlan Immobilien repositioned the formerly vacant Kaufhof and managed the transaction. Girlan then took over the centre management and the technical and commercial property management.

On behalf of the owners, Girlan Immobilien was responsible for centre management, letting, technical and commercial property management and transaction management.

The Libori Gallery in Paderbron has a total area of approximately 20,000 square metres with more than 20 shops including Saturn, a wide variety of restaurants, a bowling centre, offices and flats, and a multiplex cinema with eight screens. Around 500 parking spaces are available to visitors. Girlan Immobilien is responsible for centre management, letting and technical property management of the centre.
