Peter Herrmann begann bei Girlan Immobilien 2004 als Shopping Center Manager für das Lago Shopping Centers in Konstanz. Seit 2010 verantwortet er den Bereich Shopping Center Management bei Girlan. Herrmanns Ursprünge liegen in der Ausbildung zum Einzelhandelskaufmann bei Karstadt mit anschließendem Studium zum Betriebswirt (FH). Vor seinem Einstieg bei Girlan Immobilien Management war Peter Herrmann als Center Manager bei der ECE tätig.

Er ist seit über zwei Jahrzehnten im Gewerbeimmobiliensektor tätig und besetzte unterschiedlichste Positionen auf Dienstleister-, Nutzer- und Eigentümerseite.
Patrick Werner ist gelernter Immobilienkaufmann mit anschließender Fortbildung zum Immobilienfachwirt und seit 2015/2016 Handelsimmobilienökonom (IREBS/GCSP).

Mit neuen Namen, aber bewährten Strukturen und erfahrenen Teams gibt es Girlan Immobilien bereits seit 13 Jahren. Mit dem Erwerb 2007 durch Pirelli Real Estate gehörte die Deutsche Grundvermögen AG (DGAG), als Nachfolgegesellschaft der LEG Schleswig-Holstein und Teilen der Hamburger B&L-Gruppe zur Pirelli RE Gruppe.

2010 wurde Pirelli RE in Prelios umbenannt, wobei der Eigentümer Pirelli RE geblieben ist. Prelios Immobilien Management und ihre Vorgängergesellschaften entwickelten und verwalteten Gewerbe- und Einzelhandelsimmobilien neben Wohnimmobilien. Der Wohnbereich würde 2014 an die BUWOG verkauft. 2020 wurde Prelios Immobilien Management an Girlan Limited nach 13 Jahren erfolgreicher Zusammenarbeit in der Prelios Gruppe verkauft.
